We handle all setup and calibration, so you can focus on competing, connecting, and having a blast. Laptop stand and projector mount included.
Venue Requirements
TeeBox2U can be set up indoors or outdoors. To ensure the best experience, we require a flat area measuring 17’ x 17’, with a minimum 11’ ceiling clearance (if indoors).
TeeBox2U requires access to two standard 110V/120V household outlets within 100 feet of the setup area. This outlets will power our premium gaming laptop, HD projector, launch monitor, and air pump.
TeeBox2U requires access to a stable Wi-Fi connection at the event location. A strong, reliable signal ensures smooth gameplay, real-time shot tracking, and access to online courses and game modes.
Pricing

TeeBox2U offers a simple and flexible pricing structure designed to bring a premium golf simulator experience to your event.
Private events are priced at $250 per hour with a 3-hour minimum booking. This ensures guests have plenty of time to enjoy the simulator, compete in challenges and play your favorite courses.
For longer events, we offer a discounted extended-play rate. Events lasting more than 6 hours receive a $50 per hour discount for an hourly total of $200 an hour.
All bookings include delivery, setup, detailed training on the software, and full teardown. We also offer optional professional operation during the event for an additional fee so hosts can relax and enjoy the experience.

TeeBox2U offers breweries, wineries, and event venues a simple partnership model designed to create a fun guest experience while generating additional revenue.
For venue events, we charge a $500 flat event fee which includes delivery, full setup, operation of the simulator during the event, and teardown. Our team manages the equipment and ensures guests have a smooth and engaging experience.
In addition to the flat event fee, we operate with a profit-sharing model for player participation. Guests pay a small fee to compete in simulator challenges such as closest-to-the-pin, longest drive, or virtual course play, and those participation fees are shared between TeeBox2U and the venue.
This structure allows venues to benefit directly from the event while also increasing foot traffic, drink sales, and guest engagement. Golf simulator nights are a great way to create unique entertainment, keep customers at the venue longer, and attract new visitors.

TeeBox2U offers venues a flexible ticketed event model designed to create a fun, interactive experience for guests while driving additional traffic and engagement.
With this option, there is no upfront cost for the venue, but the venue must show proof of $1500+ in ticket sales prior to the event. TeeBox2U brings and operates the full mobile golf simulator setup while guests purchase participation tickets to compete in simulator challenges such as closest-to-the-pin, longest drive, or virtual course play.
Guests pay a small fee to participate, and the revenue generated from player entries is shared between TeeBox2U and the venue. This model allows venues to host a unique entertainment event without any financial risk while benefiting from increased foot traffic, longer guest stays, and additional food and beverage sales.
TeeBox2U handles delivery, setup, operation, and teardown, making the event easy to host and enjoyable for everyone involved.
